1. Products & Orders

  • We sell handbags, slanted hanging bags, backpacks, and related accessories.

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change product prices at any time.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colors and textures may vary slightly due to monitor settings and natural variations in materials (especially leather) .

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. Composition & Labeling Compliance (FTC Leather Guides)
We comply with the FTC Guides for Select Leather and Imitation Leather Products :

  • Leather Representation: Products described as "leather" without qualification are composed in all substantial parts of leather .

  • Imitation Leather: Non-leather materials that appear to be leather are clearly disclosed (e.g., "Imitation leather," "Vinyl") .

  • Bonded Leather: Products containing bonded leather disclose percentage of leather fibers and non-leather substances .

  • Misleading Terms: We do not use trade names, symbols (e.g., animal silhouettes), or depictions that falsely imply leather content .

3. "Made in USA" Compliance
If we make U.S.-origin claims, they comply with FTC's Made in USA Labeling Rule :

  • Unqualified "Made in USA": Product is "all or virtually all" made in U.S.—final assembly in U.S., all significant processing in U.S., and all or virtually all components U.S.-origin .

  • Qualified Claims: Claims like "Assembled in USA" or "Made in USA with imported parts" are used only when accurate .

  • Substantiation: We have competent and reliable evidence to support any U.S.-origin claims .

4. User Responsibilities & Care

  • You are responsible for using and caring for the product appropriately to maintain its condition.

  • Bags are designed for their intended purpose (carrying personal items). Overloading beyond reasonable capacity can cause damage not covered under normal wear and tear.

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable US law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages from improper care, normal wear and tear, or misuse.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which the seller is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
